3. Home Search
Now this is the fun part! We will schedule showings and help you find your perfect home.
4. Make An Offer
We will prepare the winning offer based on the price and the terms you choose.
5. Contract and Negotiate
It may take a few tries to get it just right, but hang in there. You're on your way to closing!
6. In Escrow
You and the seller have agreed to the price and terms.
“Being in escrow” is a legal procedure that is used when real property requires a transfer of title. An escrow account is opened by the listing agent when the sellers of the property and the buyers of the property have come to an agreement on the selling price, the terms, and any other contingencies that they may have and are ready to close the deal.
7. Final Details
We will perform due diligence, order the appraisal, conduct inspections, and review terms with the lender.

This is the transfer of funds and ownership. A title company or an attorney typically acts as an independent third party to facilitate the closing
